Housing Counseling, and Locator Services

​

The Community Living Coordinators locate potential housing options and resources for our participants.

After locating housing options, we advocate for our participants with landlords and property managers, to ensure that they meet the needs of the tenant agreements. Coordinators can assist with scheduling tours, filling out applications, coordinating with support agencies, ​and supporting with rental assistance applications/forms.​

Assessment  Services

We work with participants to assess their skills and abilities to be able to live independently. Assessment areas, we assess are cooking, cleaning, and the ability to complete other tasks in the home. After the assessment is complete, the GOALS team provides a plan to assist with improving those skills.
