Housing Counseling and Locator Services

Our Community Living Coordinators work to locate potential housing options and resources for the participants.

After locating housing options, we advocate for the participants with landlords and property managers to ensure they meet the needs of the tenant agreements. Coordinators can also assist with scheduling tours, filling out applications, coordinating with support agencies, and supporting with rental assistance applications/forms.

Assessment Services

We work with participants to assess their skills and abilities to be able to live independently. These areas assessed include cooking, cleaning, and the ability to complete other tasks in the home. After the assessment is complete, the G.O.A.L.S. team provides a plan to assist with improving those skills.
