Living

Our Community Living Coordinators

work with individuals and families to

find housing solutions that meet their needs and facilitate assessments to identify skills our participants may need to gain more independent living. Partnering with our participants' team (Social Workers, Home Health Care, Guardian, etc.) we want to ensure our participants have the tools and resources they may need to live independently.
