At G.O.A.LS. our objective is to assist the participants with reaching their own goals, however that may look to them.

Our team at G.O.A.L.S. focuses on helping the participants gain independence in all areas of their lives.  This desire to help others has led to the creation of our Employment Services and Community Living Programs to serve central Wisconsin.

G.O.A.L.S. works in collaboration with

multiple Managed Care Organizations.
