WHO WE ARE
At GOALS our objective is to assist our participants with reaching their own goals, however that may look to them.
Our team at GOALS focuses on helping our participants gain independence in all areas of their lives. This desire to help others has led to the creation of our Employment Services and Community Living Programs to serve central Wisconsin.
GOALS is in
collaboration with multiple Managed Care Organizations.
